Trip to Spain????

Yes folks, I did go to Spain with Contiki Tours. Had a great time. Met some really nice folks, especially the dudes from Australia. But, it turns out that the guys who fixed my camera BOTCHED the job and did not completely fix it. Thus, EVERY PICTURE I TOOK OF SPAIN was ruined. And I took 13 rolls of pictures.

Sorry folks, but no pictures. I'll try to think up of some alternatives but those pictures were priceless.

BTW, I have a bad recommendation for Apollo Cameras in Sunnyvale. They not only botched the job on my camera, they introduced more problems. I had to take my camera back twice to get things settled. Please avoid this place.

Some other pictures. These are the best ones I could salvage from the pictures I took. You can tell the problem w/ my camera. These were from Barcelona; this wasn't during the Contiki Tour

Both are from the top of a tower of La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, a prime example of Gaudi's work. The tower was 30+stories high and I took an elevator to the 23rd and walked the rest of the way up. Excellent view of Barcelona from there.

Wish I had pictures from Montjuic too - another place with an excellent view of Barcelona.

(BTW, these pictures aren't as sharp as the pictures from my high school reunion because these pictures were scanned via a scanner. The high school pictures were digitalized from the negatives and converted to GIF format, which gives a much better resolution.)
